What is In-Home Personal Training?

In-home personal training means that I will travel to you – at home, in your building gym, at work or a local park. Work out on your terms, where you are the most comfortable. Training via ZOOM is also an option.

What is Personal Training?

Personal training is one-on-one instruction that incorporates goal setting and health education into challenging workouts specially designed for each individual’s specific needs.

How it works

  • You communicate your goals and your interests.
  • We discuss past medical history along with exercise and dietary history to avoid accidents, injuries or more serious risks and to avoid similar pitfalls encountered in previous attempts at exercise and good nutrition.
  • Access current fitness level in order to develop a comprehensive program of exercise and nutrition – based upon your goals, medical history, exercise and nutrition history, present lifestyle and commitments.
  • Throughout the training process, I motivate and teach safe and effective exercise techniques.
