General Fitness Programs
Designed for those new to exercise. Sessions take place over a 12 Week Period and sessions focus on teaching the basics of overall strength training. Clients are encouraged to perform cardiovascular and flexibility exercises on their own. Programs can be developed for those interested in increasing their cardiovascular endurance.
Flexibility Program
Designed for those new to exercise and who are interested in increasing their flexibility. Basic and proper stretching techniques will be shown. Clients are encouraged to perform strength training and cardiovascular exercise performed on your own.
Weight Loss Program
Focus primarily on weight loss. Program advises clients on a good workout program to do on their own and concentrates on nutrition.
Sports Conditioning Programs
For fit people who are on a competitive sports team. Very specific, designed workouts.
Circuit/Interval Training
Short on time and looking for a quick workout that will get you results? If you want a personalized workout that will be both challenging and time efficient, circuit training just might be for you.
Functional Training
You want to improve your overall fitness level and be able to perform daily tasks with ease. Functional training will incorporate dynamic movement to help make climbing stairs, carrying a backpack and lifting objects a breeze!
Sports Specific Training
Looking to improve your running time, increase your cycling endurance, or put more power into your tennis serves? Sports Specific Training will help enhance your performance by focusing on movements specific to certain sports.
Balance and Core Training
I can provide programs to improve posture, coordination and decrease risk of injury by focusing on balance and training the abdominal and lower back muscles.
Lifestyle Activity
Do you want to learn to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle to make it a lifelong habit? I can show you how to fit activity into your daily routines to make you a healthy lifelong exerciser.
Equipment
Simple body weight, Bands, Free Weights, Plastic Ball, Your own equipment.
Initial consultation
- We will review the paperwork you were asked to complete.
- Discuss the client’s health and fitness goals and interests and any relevant health conditions/limitations.
- Discuss the results and discuss an action plan together.
- May conduct fitness assessment.
